Pin Ice Blanket

This is cut from a larger sheet of an ice blanket common in the food service industry. It measures 12 cells by 7 cells, which is about 17” x 24”. The center two cells are removed to allow easy access to the shive. When frozen before use, this is a lightweight, reusable, and flexible cooling solution that does not get soggy or wet.

Pin Cradle

This can be made from plywood or whatever lumber is available. Finishing it can make it look very nice.

Stainless Steel Saddles for Firkins

Attached to the saddle are two 5/16” OD compression by ¼” NPT female connectors to which male PLC Quick Connects (04P01-114 and 05P01-186) are attached.
